The Eastern Corridor team asked a few Experts about their views on this upcoming destination.Here's what they had to say  DYNANESHWAR MUNDALIK FROM SUMAN PROPERTIES AND ASSOCIATES:  "Hadapsar has developed quite a lot where one can find every kind of housing.Reputed projects are available in the range of Rs.3500-4000 while small builders are offering projects within the range of Rs 2800 to 3900.The land here is in great demand with many township projects coming up here.Magarpatta City is already functional while work on Amanora is also in progress.The development of IT Parks within Magarpatta and nearby areas like Kharadi has attracted a huge working population.In terms of connectivity,the internal roads are good and proximity to highway makes it even more accessible." YOGENDRA CHORDIYA,DIRECTOR,PRITHVI ESTATES:  There has been a tremendous change in the look of Hadapsar in the past five years,its has grown exponentially.The development in Magarpatta city and the upcoming Amanora Township has played a pivotal role in bringing about the changes in the area.Infrastructure of the area has also improved to a great extent.Malls and Multiplexes have started making their way in the area.Connectivity to all places is also good.But though the infrastructure is booming day by day,the area of development is reducing at the same rate.With the boom of new projects happening in the city at this moment,there won't be much to do in the future.But for the moment,Hadapsar is doing a pretty good job in becoming a centre of attraction in Pune. The Solapur Road is being developed and work on many new projects has begun in the area.The connectivity with other places like Kalyani Nagar and Koregaon Park has also improved.Also two upcoming malls,one in Magarpatta City and the other in Amanora Township will help in bringing a high premium to the area making it yet more happening.These malls provide the necessary entertainment quotient that was missing in this place before and hence people who used to travel to Kalyani Nagar and Fatima Nagar can now access it in Hadapsar itself.The future as I see it is very bright for the Hadapsar area.
